No matter which gender, Dwight and Jeanie did a lot of things around the house to prepare for their special bundle.
Dwight worked on the nursery, making sure it was perfect.
Jeanie caught up on her reading. She read all the pregnancy books she could get her hands on. Jeanie wanted to make sure she was the best mother possible for her baby.
However around the house Jeanie found that there wasnt much she could do. With her belly bulging she could hardley even move!
Being pregnant gave Jeanie a lot of time to do recreational things. Like play chess.
She also cooked alot. For she craved alot.
Months flew by and her pregancey was near to the end. Soon her baby would be here.
Dwight, with Ellie's help, already finished the nursery. It was baby ready!
Meanwhile as Jeanie nnd Dwight prepare, Ellie has been permoted at work. She now drives to work in a fancy limosine! (her latest role is a cop!)
The big day is almost here and as the days get closer Jeanie and the baby grow more restless. Dwight does all he can to make sure his wife is as comfortable as possible.
Jeanie welcomes Dwight to listen to the first noises his child is making.
Amazingly enough, the baby reacts to the simpliest sounds Dwight makes. This "conversation" he has makes becoming a Dad even more exciting to him.
Much to Jeanie's discomfort, the baby also somersaults and kicks frequentley too. Just one touch on Jeanie's stomach and Dwight can feel the restlessness his child is going through. Looks like he or she can't wait too come out either!
Dwight embraces Jeanie in a moment of pure giddyness. At first Dwight had been saying that they'd be parents any day now. But after feeling and listening to his baby he realized that he was wrong. He and Jeanie had already been parents for the last 9 months now.
The next day Jeanie takes a stroll in the park. After being out of sight for so long her friends and the paparazzi flock around her. Many to share their congratulations for her and Dwight.
Meanwhile, Ellie goes down to the theater to do an on the side job, she has to rate a movie. Also she goes to the theater to pick up something. She has recieved a Sims Choice Award. What an honor! It seems that her original dream of being a stardom Queen is working out for her after all!
After the park, Jeanie returns home. She decides to do some much needed cleaning around the house. Starting with the laundry.
She puts the clothes in the washer. Ellie is still doing her work at the theater and Dwight is fast asleep upstairs.
Once the timer rings she removes the clothes from the washer and transfers them to the dryer.
It's while the dryer is on that she feels it. A contraction that makes her gasp and frantically she grabs her belly for support. Then with surprise she notices that her water has broke.
